Goldie Hawn excited for ‘new phase’
September 30th, 2011 - 2:21 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Sep 30 (IANS) Veteran actress Goldie Hawn is looking forward to her role in upcoming US TV comedy “Viagra Diaries”.
The actress, who was last seen on the big screen in “The Banger Sisters” in 2002, is hopeful that her TV stint will be wonderful.
“It’s gonna be a comedy. It’s a comedy, but it’s actually really deep. Yeah, I kind of am excited. It’s a ship, it’s a new phase. Going into television is going to be fun for me again. HBO is a little different, it’s a wonderful organisation, the people are great, they do quality work which I love,” dailystar.co.uk quoted Hawn as saying.
The 65-year-old has spent the last few years working on her educational organisation - The Hawn Foundation - and writing and researching for her new self-help book “10 Mindful Minutes”.
