Glee Planning To Rope In Britney Spears

April 26, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Subsequent to the recognition of the episodes illustrating the musical competence of Madonna and Lady Gaga, Glee is endeavoring to set up an episode on Britney Spear’s music. Ryan Murphy, initiator of Glee, has declared that he is looking forward to utilizing the chartbusters of Spears. Buoyant by the triumph of last week’s Madonna episode, Murphy confessed that he is considering tackling Britney in a future episode.

Murphy mentioned that he has always admired Spears and is attracted by the idea. He has articulated that he feels that young kids would like that.

Adam Leber, manager of Spears, got so motivated by the ‘Power of Madonna’ episode that he twittered. He queried the audience about whether they desired to glimpse a Britney Spears episode of GLEE. His tweet, as expected, has managed to generate a lot of buzz.

Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that is telecast on Fox in the United States. The series started airing on Fox in September 2009 and has, by and large, obtained constructive evaluations. It won the 2010 Golden Globe Award for the Best Television Series, Musical or Comedy and acquired three supplementary nominations also.

The Madonna special featured the Glee cast enacting the pop superstar’s songs. They have become a massive hit among TV viewers. The generators of the show purportedly are also considering the music of Billy Joel and Led Zeppelin for impending episodes.
