Oct 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The musical comedy television drama “Glee” aired on Fox last night and the interesting episode saw the cast members of the series paying tribute to the 1975 film adaptation “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”. The show gave ample drama to the audience to chew on till the next week and it was directed by Adam Shankman. The wonderful storyline was written by Ryan Murphy & Tim Wollaston. In one of his interviews the director told a reputed media source that he wanted to keep the whole show a family drama as he did not want to take any risk.

Adam Shankman while speaking about the character of Emma said that in this season Emma will be exploring her boundaries and try to revive her inner hidden qualities. Last night’s show saw Emma and Carl paying tribute to “The Rocky Horror Show” in “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”. Will is jealous at the whole situation and hence he also directs a school production of same drama with new cast members of New Directions. While speaking about the musical drama he says Emma that “Glee” will be doing a risk musical drama in this season and hence they are leaving no stones unturned to prepare for it. However, the audience notices that the rehearsals help Emma to come out of her obsessive compulsive behaviors.

Rachel and Finn on the other hand play the role of an awkward couple Janet and Brad in the rehearsal number of “Dammit Janet”. Sam and Finn on the other hand gets into trouble with body images and hence Will replaces them from the show. The principal of the school protests against the whole drama but the students still continues rehearsal of the show. Sue Sylvester on the other hand airs an expose of the drama on her local television channel.
