Glastonbury festival tickets completely sold out
April 12th, 2010 - 7:05 pm ICT by ANILondon, April 12 (ANI): The tickets for this year’s Glastonbury festival have were completely sold out in just over an hour.
Around 1,78,000 fans are expected to attend the three-day festival, from 25th to 27th June at Worthy Farm in Somerset.
It will be the 40th anniversary of the Glastonbury festival this year, reports BBC.
The event will be headlined by Muse, U2 and Stevie Wonder.
The artists who have agreed to perform are Madness, Vampire Weekend, Jackson Browne, Orbital and Hot Chip.
It was rumoured that Vanila Ice will also be performing in the festival, when the artist’s Myspace page read so. But the post has now been erased. (ANI)
