Los Angeles, Aug 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Celebrity website TMZ has reported that Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has been arrested at a night club in Los Angeles. The report said Francis is facing several charges including false imprisonment and obstructing a witness from making report.

According to the report, three girls have made complaints to the police that they were forced into the mansion of Francis. They claim that Francis offered them lifts in his limousine from the nightclub and instead of their home he drove them to his mansion even when they object to going to the house.

One of the women told the police that Francis pushed her to the ground during a struggle. He has denied that allegation and stated that he didn’t touch any of the women.

The police have since granted Francis bail after he paid a $50,000 bond. Sgt. Daryl Martin of the Los Angeles Police Department was quoted by Perez Hilton as saying that, “[Joe] was booked fingerprinted and his photo was taken … He was held here at the station and released from custody after posting $50,000 in bail.”

Francis reported himself to the police after a warrant was issued, the report claims.
