London, Feb 22 (IANS) Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend has rejected a $15 million peace deal with the star “to see where the chips might fall” in court, she said in an e-mail which was leaked online. Oksana Grigorieva, 40, agreed to the $15 million settlement with the the actor last year - but later pulled out, reports thesun.co.uk.
An e-mail to the Russian singer’s lawyer explaining her decision was leaked online Monday. She said she’d only accept if Gibson, 55, was stripped of custodial rights to their daughter Lucia, 1, said the website.
If not, she wrote: “I WILL go to court, see where the chips might fall.”
The LA district attorney will now decide whether to charge Gibson with domestic violence and Oksana with extortion.
