London, Oct 18 (IANS) Actor Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva have been given an extension to conclude the custody arrangement for their daughter.
There is still a disagreement on the wording of the final settlement which states the couple will share equal custody of their 23-month-old daughter Lucia, with the 55-year-old actor paying the Russian-born singer $750,000, gossip website tmz.com said.
Gibson’s lawyers have reportedly asked for more time to work on the details of a settlement agreement between the pair who split in June last year.
The agreement was made in August this year and was due to go before the family court judge Tuesday for final approval.
Judge Scott Gordon has given the pair an extension until Nov 1 to sort out the differences.
