“Gopi Gopika Godavari’ with Venu and Kamalini Mukherjee in the lead is all set for release on July 10. Directed by Vamsi, presented by Anandi Arts and produced by Valluripalli Ramesh under the banner of Maharshi Cinema GGG will hit your nearest cinema halls tomorrow.

In the backdrop of the success of the audio, the Maharshi Cinema unit organised a platinum disc function in Hyderabad recently. Speaking on the occasion the producer says, “We released the audio into the market recently through Aditya Music and there is a very good response to the songs. Especially, most of the film songs are being utilised as ringtones.’

Chakri says, “The speciality of the album is that all the songs in the film were penned by Ramajogaiah Sastry. One more thing to note; is that Vamsi is like a Supermarket. Like how, we get the entire essential at one single place like Supermarket, we could find versatility in Vamsi. He is an expert in different crafts of the film industry including story, screenplay, photography, editing and what not. He has a firm grip on all these crafts. Now, the audiences could listen to his voice also in a couple of songs in the album.’

Other speakers who attended the function were; acclaimed music director Chakri and lyricist Ramajogaiah Sastry. The film is most likely to have all the entertainment elements that are true to a Vamsi-mark film. Madhumitra, Vasu and Venu, who rendered the songs in the film, sang the same at the function.
