Star Plus with Shashi and Sumit Mittal is all set to telecast their new venture Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai from 5 August at 8:30 pm. With this, there will be a change in timings for Balaji’s show Kis Desh Main Hai Mera Dil.
Talking about the show, the producer, Shashi Mittal says, “This is the concept which can be identified with each and every one of us.”
But the trailer shows that the first wife is attending her duty of dotted wife, though she is staying like a servant. How can this be identified with the audience? “Well for this, one need to watch the show and know, how and in which circumstances her hubby has to get married for the second time,” she adds.
What according to you is the USP of the show? “I feel the title itself is the biggest USP, as it’s the dream of every young girl to go to her sajan ghar jana hai. Secondly, another strong point will be that we should be able to narrate this story in a proper way,” she converse.
When asked to comment of the change in time slot of Kis Desh… Shashi refused by saying, “I really can’t say anything about it.”
Let junta decide the fate of the show. For now we can just wish them luck.

yes definetly we will decide the fate of sajan ghar jaana hai.We will see that its one of the maijor flop show of the SP.
KDM has huge fan following and We boycot this show for injustice by SP.Not interested in such show.

Dear sir/madam,
I’m a big fan of kis desh mein hai mera dil show on star plus at 8.30 pm and during few months our show is treated badly by the channel. Now it’s been shifted 2 the afternoon slot even though its da most watched show inda channel at no3 and no 14 in all indian tv ratings.
Even though laadli which airs at 10 and raja ki ayegi barat which airs at 8 have low trps they dont move them but our show without even a single promo aired 4 a about a month now which has high trps is shifted 2 afternoon. What kind of justice is that.
Kis desh is the 2nd highest show in 8.30 band which has already won over aapki aantara zee tv and 0.1 trp away from jai sri krishna on colours.
And the most importantly when the fans call da channel 2 inqure about da matter they show a rude attitude towards the viewers and hanging up thier fones or not taking da massages from fans.
And we have sent alot of msgs, emails, requests and petitions and they dont even bother 2 answer 4 it. They have fogotten dat a channel stays becoz of viewers.
And we can see dat this is not 4 da best for da show but this truely a rift with da production house. We like to request da channel not 2 take their personal issues over our favourite show. The channel behaving so unprofessionally. They are getting so many feedback from the fans but they are still hell bent on changing the shows timeslot just coz they want to pull off the show by bringing down its TRP’s. And all due to its personal fued with the production house. Utterly unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.
The show has young audience who will find it difficult to follow the show at afternoon time slot due to college and work, SP knows this very well…so isn’t it a naked biasness towards the show?
And da most importantly da show ’s trps increaed becoz of da leap and in most of every article mention dat it was one of the most successful leaps that have taken in da indian tv shows.

Regressive Programming in name of progress
From various interviews from SP executives we read, now the channel wants to let go of typical saas-bahu sagas, the usual nok-jhoks & r bringing whole set of new programs to entertain the viewers. If this is the case then I fail to understand why a popular successful show like Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil, which portrays a young eternal love story is moved from prime time & a show is brought on its time slot which is promoting polygamy, woman who is treated like a doormat & is ready to sacrifice for the sake of her husband & family!! Haven’t we had enough of these soaps for ‘n’ number of years now? What is new here? I fail to relate to such character forget about idolizing them, if in case u have forgotten it’s the 21st century we r living in & women r in all fields of profession leading projects, assignments, companies & countries! So why r we taken back to 19th century all over again instead of being progressive? Bravo SP, some innovative move by u all! Maybe the TRP’s of this show compared to other shows in other channel will give u a rude awakening! Good Luck!!

Star Plus is doing a big mistake by shifting Kis Desh to afternun just for this show.. now one will watch this show.. u say its for young girls..well i am a young girl n the story doesnt really interest me.. Now, kis desh is a story which interest a lot of ppl..

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
We agree that the show could be brought in the channel. No offence to the makers of the show or the channel putting the show on TV. But the question is WHY move a good running show to another time slot that too in the afternoon slot??!! A show tht is gaining so much TRP in the prime time, WHY shud it be moved??!!If any show which aint doing well is moved, then its understandable, BUT KIS DESH MEIN HAI MERA DIL is #3 on the channel and they r moving it to afternoon slot risking with Sajan. What wud be the gaurentee that the show wil do better than DESH???!!! They should have tried giving it a diff slot and not moved Desh. We still want Desh to be in the 8.30 PM slot. There’s gonna be no compromise over that with fans. Its grave insult to the actors, crew and the fans who gave the show so much success. So its better there be another discussion by the authorities over this and they take a gud decision.

The concept itself is boring..another of “Main Bichari Abhala Indian Nari” show…who needs that. Cannot believe Star Plus is stupid enough to exchange an Eternal Lovestory with such a boring cryfest show.

Get ready to be doomed in August Star Plus.. The curses of Kis Desh fans will not let this new show to be a success and it will be definitely be a super duper flop show. Plus the concept of the show is totally horrible. And we will never forget the injustice done to the kis desh serial, its cast and its fans..Kis desh does not deserve to be an afternoon show at all.. It is doing amwaingly well after the leap.. Kis desh fans will not give up, and we will make sure that kis desh is retained to its original time slot

after seeing the promotions of sajan ghar…on star sansaar i have a strong feeling that it is going to be a huge flop and sp will surely regret for giving kis desh…timings to sajan ghar
this show is flop and wont be able to gain much trp’s as kis desh……….

Star plus is moving KDMHMD despite the fact that it is doing good in its slot and is star’s no. 3 show without any promotion by star plus … instead it is promoting a show that supports polygamy and projects that woman are sacrificial goats who should be loyal to their husbands no matter what! What message is star plus giving to its viewers? First in RKAB they supported polygamy and now this other show a copy of choti bahu!!! Die star plus die!!!

apart frm others im saying..,the show can be good…no one can say this or that is good..instead make them realise what you want to tell..no one has got the rite 2 blame on anyone…so keep the most watchable shows acc to its priority…that will be good and dats good…kdmhmd s a vry good show..,it dsnt means dat sgjh s bad…it can be good..,its just started…so bringing back kdmhmd will be a good decision .,instead move any other show getting lowest priority…

I would like to say that I love your show Sajan Ghar Jana Hai, I think it is a wonderful show and also I think the characters that play Dhani and Ambar are really incredible. I like the character Ambar specially because he is really cute and handsome. I love your serial and I watch it everyday at 8pm and I never miss it. I am really impressed that you made a serial like that which looks a bit realistic and I think that is awesome the way you have done it. I think this is a very good serial that I think it should go on for a year from my point of view. All the best in the future with that serial.
