George Lucas to produce first film post Star Wars

Red Tails is a film on the Tuskegee Airmen, who were Americas first black military airmen.
The project has been in development with the director since 1990, reports The Telegraph.
The films story has been written by Lucas, but he will not direct it as Anthony Hemingway, who has worked on gritty TV shows such as The Wire and Oz has been signed up to helm the project.
Lucas, who is one of the American film industry’’s most financially successful directors/producers, might be financing the project himself through LucasFilms. (ANI)
