George Lopez going to split from his wife Ann

Sep 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The comedian and talk show host George Lopez is going to split with his wife after 17 years of marriage. The 49-year-old comedian and wife Ann were the most adored Hollywood couple.
It’s a surprise that one of the strongest marriage of town has gone sour. Ann claims that it was a difficult decision for both of them but issues were prevailing from the long time. And now finally they have decided to move on, and call off their 17 years of marriage.
Just four days prior to their divorce, the couple was spotted at Padres el Contra Cancer’s 25th Anniversary Gala and posed happily for photographs. The couple was known for their love bond and there was a huge buzz in 2005, when Ann gave George another lease at life by donating one of her kidneys to him.
She told reporters, ‘George, he comes from a very dysfunctional family, a horrific childhood. It was hard for him to accept that someone would give him the gift of life.’
The couple have 15-year-old daughter, Mayan and want to keep the divorce amicable for their child’s sake. George told the reports that when Ann gave him the gift he was moved by her affection and thanked her for her gesture.
