George Lazenby wants to annul prenup with Pam Shiver
July 20th, 2009 - 4:33 pm ICT by ANIWashington, July 20 (ANI): James Bond star George Lazenby has launched a legal battle to nullify a prenuptial agreement with his estranged wife Pam Shriver.
Former tennis player Shriver had filed for divorce from the actor last year, after a six-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
She accused Lazenby of threatening to kill her, assaulting her in a drunken rage, and giving alcohol to their three children-all of which he has denied.
According to TMZ.com, the 69-year-old star is now demanding the judge to overturn their prenuptial agreement because his wife is so rich.
In the papers filed at a Los Angeles County Superior Court, Lazenby has asked for 16,133 dollars in spousal support.
He claims that Shiver is “30 times a millionaire”, and that he doesn’t want to explain the difference in their lifestyles to their kids, five-year-old George, Jr. and twins Kate and Sam, three. (ANI)
