Nov.9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Geisy Arruda’s photo in short dress has made the Brazilian student an internet celebrity for all the wrong reasons. According to the reports of the sources, Geisy Arruda, a tourism department student of the Bandeirante University, was expelled from the university for wearing short dress in the college campus. Hundreds of students in the college got enraged after seeing Arruda in a pink color miniskirt and began to protest against her dressing. The situation had become extremely serious, which required the police to intervene and escort the lady safely from the campus.

As the dress of Geisy Arruda offended the students and teachers of the University, the authorities declared her expulsion from college. It has been stated by the sources that Ms. Arruda got expelled for” flagrant disrespect of ethical principles, academic dignity and morality.” Sources also stated that the college has decided for temporary suspension of some students whom they found heckling on that specific day.

Wearing short dresses and bikinis is nothing new for the Brazilian women but this recent incident in the Bandeirante University, which is located in the Roman Catholic city of Sao Bernardo do Campo, shows that they do not appreciate such dresses on the college campus. Geisy Arruda might not have expected that her short dress would make her face such severe consequences. Getting expelled from the college may have some negative impact on her career graph, yet she has gained huge popularity in the internet for the time being. Her photos and videos, which have widely circulated on the internet, were viewed by numerous people.
