Gale Storm aka Josephine Cottle dead at 87

Veteran Hollywood actress and singer Josephine Cottle, better known as Gale Storm, is the latest entertainer to join the list of dead celebrities this week.
The American actress and singer who starred in the 50s television programs My Little Margie and The Gale Storm Show died at a convalescent home in Monarch Beach on Saturday.
The 87-year-old star of the golden era of Hollywood received three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for her contributions to recording, radio, and television.
In a career spanning more than forty years Cottie appeared in 12 motion pictures, six television series and released 17 music singles.
Born in Bloomington, Texas, the youngest of five children, Cottle was married and widowed twice and had four children.
