Gaga launches poster contest
March 30th, 2012 - 2:56 pm ICT by IANSLondon, March 30 (IANS) Singer Lady Gaga wants budding young artists to create posters on the theme of bravery for her newly launched charity, Born This Way Foundation, which aims to wipe out bullying.
“We are calling on anyone and everyone with the ability to think creatively to come up with a visual representation for the Born This Way Foundation. Most of all, it should give supporters a way to show their dedication to the Foundation,” dailystar.co.uk quoted Gaga’s mother and BTWF co-founder Cynthia Germanotta as saying.
Gaga and her mother will select their 10 favourite submissions to be semi-finalists and the public will determine the winner in an online vote.
The first prize winner will have their image autographed by Lady Gaga and displayed on the BTWF website.
