Gaga accused of copying Madonna’s track

London, Feb 12 (IANS) Pop star Lady Gaga, who unveiled her long-awaited new single “Born This Way”, is facing a barrage of accusations — that she has copied Madonna’s classic hit “Express Yourself”.Contactmusic.com reports that critics and thousands of fans took to the micro blogging site Twitter.com to accuse her of stealing the beat, melody and subject matter from Madonna’s 1989 global smash hit.
One follower wrote: “Lady Gaga’s song’s good, but my God it sounds exactly like Madonna’s Express Yourself”. Another said: “It doesn’t just sound like Madonna’s Express Yourself. You can literally sing the original over this one.”
