Washington, August 06, 2010 (Just Flashed): An 18-year-old sightseer of French lineage has, rather miraculously, endured a 75-foot fall off the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Onlookers have uttered that the French teenager purportedly lost his footing in the afternoon on Thursday while photographing in close proximity to the rim.

The Park rangers attained the information of a male tumbling over the edge of Mather Point. The Mather Point happens to be a short walk at the rear of the South Rim’s hub for sightseers.

Understandably, the paramedics descended by rope to the whereabouts of the French teen. The paramedics discovered the teenager in a condition of consciousness albeit with bodily injuries. They then steadied him with the intention that he could be airlifted out of the canyon and transferred by ambulance to the Flagstaff Medical Center.

The representatives of the Park have mentioned that the French teenager was undergoing treatment for wounds on his neck, wrist and ankle. The identity and the hometown of the French teenager have not yet been discharged.
