Los Angeles, June 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The sole child of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love Kobain, Frances Bean Cobain is at the center of a major conflict involving herself and her mother.

Reportedly, Courtney Love has already lost the custody of her daughter last year and since then nothing seems to have worked right for the lady. Although the reasons for her losing the custody of her daughter wasn’t revealed to the public, it was said that the Cobain Trust Fund has already suffered a huge loss of $8 million.

Frances Bean Cobain is currently under the able guardianship of Wendy O’Connor who happens to be the mother of Kurt Cobain. Also looking after the child is Kurt Cobain’s sister Kimberly Dawn Cobain. It was way back in the month of January when the trustee seeing over Frances Bean Cobain’s trust fund separated out Courtney Love and handed over the rights to Wendy O ‘Conner.

However it was said that the trust fund litigation shall be dealt as a separate issue and shall not clash with the proceedings of the child’s custody. The trust fund came into existence way back in the year of 1997 which aimed at taking care of the child after Kurt Cobain passed away in 1994 without leaving behind any will.

It is Frances Bean Cobain and no one else who happens to be the sole beneficiary of the trust fund. However Courtney Love, as the mother shall have to stay responsible for all her disbursements before it is paid by the trustee of the Frances Bean Cobain Irrevocable Trust Fund.
