Fran Drescher Gets Her Very Own Talk Show

The actor has bagged a daytime talk show with FOX. The former ‘Nanny’ star is going to get a three week pilot that will be aired later this year. The talk show will get a thumbs up from the audience only if the audience takes a liking to it. .
In a recent statement the 53-year-old actress told us that she is thrilled to be a part of this project and she has big plans for the show. The fox-owned TV stations have reportedly inked deals with Drescher and the syndicate of Debmar- Mercury. Incidentally, Debmar- Mercury produces the Wendy Williams show as well, so Fran Drescher is in good hands.
Fran Drescher became famous from the famous TV series called Nanny and now she wants to make a comeback to the TV world with her very own chat show. The actress told us that she will talk about everything from pedicure to politics on her chat show. Frans believes that the audience will get to see a different aspect of her personality in the new talk show.
It seems that Fran Drescher wants to do away with her image of a ‘girl next door’ that has been carried forward from ‘Nanny’. Initially the show will be aired to TV audiences in New York, L.A., Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Orlando and Phoenix. If the audience starts to show interest, Debmar-Mercury might take the show National. Although Fran indicated about the developments on her twitter account in May, Fox recently confirmed the speculations and spoke about the new show.
