Former “Blur” Bassist Alex James All Set To Host Cheese Festival

Feb 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Alex James, the notable bassist of band “Blur” seems to have his hands full of activities these days. The cute faced musician is all set to host the Cheese festival at his Oxfordshire farm. A reputed media source reported that Alex James confirmed the news in one of his interviews.
Alex James, who is also a farmer, now will host the much-anticipated Harvest event. The festival is scheduled to take place within September 9 to 12. Some media outlets are of the opinion that the festival is going to be a sister event to renowned television presenter Jimmy Docherty’s festival, which the presenter will be hosting on his won farm in Suffolk in the same weekend. In one of his interviews, Alex James stated that the festival is going to be a celebration of food, music and his farm. After moving away from “Blur”, Alex James started his won cheese business and now a day he also works as a broadcaster.
The name of the festival would be “Alex James Presents Harvest”, the media outlets report. In his recent interview to a celebrity and lifestyle media outlet Alex James said that he would throw the festival this September and his family members are also looking forward to celebrate all their favorite things. The guitarist also said that there will also be many food experts present at the event, which include Yotam Ottolenghi, Mark Hix, Richard Corrigan. Monty Don, the host of “Gardener’s World” will also be present at the festival as special guest. Moreover, the festival would include classes of cookery masters, pop-up restaurants, farmer’s market and also a field for the children.
