Former Abba bandmates to team up for new track
May 9th, 2009 - 1:57 pm ICT by ANILondon, May 9 (ANI): Former Abba bandmates Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus are teaming up after a long time of 15 years, as they are all set to release a new song they wrote together.
Benny and Bjorn, who split from Abba in 1982, have co-written ‘Story of a Heart’ for Swedish star Helen Sjoholm’s new album, reports The Daily Express.
Benny is making certain that the duo’s fists collaboration since 1990, when they co-wrote a track for Josefin Nilsson, does not go unnoticed because he has translated the songs in multifarious languages.
The song will also appear on his current group, The Benny Andersson Band’s, new English-language album.
Meanwhile, Benny’s 16-member band has also recorded 13 additional tracks for the forthcoming album, set to hit shelves on July 6. (ANI)
