Food Network Airs Brand New Reality Show “Worst Cooks In America”

Jan 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Food and cooking based specialty television channel Food Network has come up with a brand new reality show “Worst Cooks in America” that premiered on Sunday night. The new reality series will witness competition between a dozen of cooking phobic individuals who would try their best to impress the two judges in the show, much acclaimed chefs Anne Burrell and Beau MacMillan.
The premiere episode of the show surely managed to grab many eyeballs as viewers tuned in the see the culinary skills of individuals who are referred to as the worst cooks of the nation. Moreover, the successive episodes of the show are also expected to gather immense attention among the viewers mainly due to the unique concept of the show.
In the much anticipated reality show, 24 contestants would be competing to participate in the culinary competition. However, the catch is that the criteria of selecting the participants would not be based on how impressive their cooking skills are but the extent of disappointing culinary abilities that they can showcase. Around 12 contestants would be selected from these and they would be divided into two groups each- consisting of six participants. With each passing week, the contestants would have to face culinary challenges and the worst cook would be eliminated in each episode.
The top two contestants who would be remaining, would participate in the final showdown and whoever wins would take home $25,000. Meanwhile, anticipation is running high regarding the show as the journey of the contestants from being the worst cooks to experts chefs, is surely going to turn into an extremely entertaining experience for the viewers.
