London, Nov 20 (ANI): Jane Fonda, who has made millions from her exercise videos, has confessed that she does not enjoy working out.
In the 80s, the fitness guru won a legion of fans with her pin-up beauty and aerobic sessions in which she urged people to “go for the burn”.
However, in two American women’s magazines, Allure and More, the 72-year-old claims that she was never a huge fan of exercise, reports the Daily Express.
She tells More readers: “Working out is not something I particularly enjoy.”
And she admits to Allure that she was never a fan of exercise even when she was at school.
She says: “I did everything I could think of to avoid gym class. But in my 20s I took ballet classes and discovered the value of working out.” (ANI)
