Ryan Alexander Jenkins Aug 25 (IBNS) The mother of slain swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore breaks her silence following the recovery of her daughter’s ex-husband, who was accused of murdering the girl.

Besides, friends of the deceased model have given their reaction to the news that her former husband, Ryan Jenkins, had been found dead of an apparent suicide in Canada on Sunday, more than a week after police say he murdered the former swimsuit model. Fiore’s mother Lisa Lepore said: It brings some closure to what’s going on. We still have a long process of closure. I am disappointed that his suicide ended the possibility that he would be tried for his alleged crimes. I think no one will ever know that this man was a professional con man,” she said. “He targeted women. … He wanted to be something he wasn’t.

Expressing mixed feelings about her daughter’s death, Lepore took some comfort in knowing that Jenkins, who was considered armed and dangerous and was the subject of a six-day cross-border manhunt, is no longer a threat.

One of Fiore’s ex-boyfriends, Robert Hasman, said he was happy that Ryan killed himself.

According to NBC, Hasman was one of the last people to have any contact with Fiore before her murder on August 15. Speculations have been shot in the air that Jenkins might have killed Fiore, owing to his jealousy over alleged text messages from one of her former boyfriends.
