Apr 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) All the ardent fans of the ABC comedy-drama series “Ugly Betty” tuned in to watch Wednesday night’s episode as this was the last segment of the popular television series. Just like all the previous episodes of “Ugly Betty,” even the finale episode lived up its expectations and turned out to be a highly entertaining experience for the regular viewers of the show.

In the month of January this year, when it was announced by the producers of the show that the comedy-drama series would be concluding this season, the news left all its fans, who had tracked the story of the ‘ugly duckling’ Betty Suarez’ from the very beginning, highly disappointed. Therefore it hardly comes as a bolt from the blue that the finale episode of the ABC series received wide viewership as large number of audiences wanted to know how the series finally reaches its ultimate conclusion.

However, the viewers were not dismayed with the finale episode as it provided a proper closure to the storyline and all ended in a good note. As the series ended, the character of Betty played by America Ferrera, intended to take up a new job in London with a fashion magazine while the character of Wilhelmina is seen getting nearer to things that she wished for. At the same time, the entire Suarez family is seem busy with Hilda’s wedding. The manner in which the finale of the popular comedy-drama concluded was indeed enjoyed by its regular viewers although they were saddened that they would not get the opportunity to witness the developments in the life of their favorite Betty any more.
