Dec.14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The fourth season finale episode of the popular American television series ‘Dexter‘ was aired on Sunday night and as promised the finale episode turned out to be an immensely entertaining experience for all the regular viewers of the show. The finale episode was titled “The Getaway” and the episode gained huge viewership as this was the last episode of the series until the show returns with a brand new season next year.

The finale episode witnessed Arthur trying to convince the central character of Dexter, who has decided to do everything that he probably can to stop Trinity. To achieve what he aims to do, Dexter does not even mind getting involved in anything illegal. Moreover, the finale episode also showcased the character of Rita giving her utmost support to Dexter but at the same time she also realizes the disturbed relationship that exists between her and Dexter. Meanwhile, Debra discovers a new revelation as she gets to know that Ice Truck Killer is related to Dexter.

Moreover, the show also ended with a proper conclusion as it results in the death of Trinity by Dexter. However, the interesting twists and turns of the show does not just end here as Dexter returns to his home to find Rita dead as she is killed Trinity the previous day. Overall, the finale episode with its interesting turn of events, showcased a perfect closure which would keep the viewers eagerly waiting for the fifth season of the show. Although, many viewers found the conclusion of the fourth season to be quite shocking, nevertheless it would surely ensure a huge viewership for the upcoming season.
