Filmy Ex-Politician takes law in hands

After garnering loads of applauds for his mind-blowing performance in Anurag Kashyap’s Gulaal, Abhimanyu Singh is all set for his next venture titled Omar. Actually, Omar is one of the five short films in a film titled I Am. The film will be directed by Onir. Apart from Abhimanyu Singh; Rahul Bose and Saheel Seghal have been roped in the film.
Abhimanyu who had played politician in Gulaal would be seen in the negative role of a cop in Omar. The story reveals the nexus between the Police and male sex workers to blackmail and abuse gay men and also, deals with the harassment done to them.
One of the short films in I Am titled Afia has already gone on floors. Omar too would be going on floors very soon and will be shot in Mumbai.
