According to Education Minister MA Baby who commented on the issue, the government is thinking about holding a fest for University level students too. This was when he spoke at the valedictory function of the second Kerala State Children’s Educational Film Festival 2009 in Kollom. Some of the other people present at the event, like C Divakaran, the Minister for Civil Supplies, felt that students should deal with starvation as a topic and actor Madhu felt that the cinema technicians should be given appointments as cinema teachers in schools.
