February 17th, 2010 - 3:57 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Feb 17(IANS) Pritish Nandy Communication’s “Fatso”, a romantic comedy featuring Ranvir Shourey, Gul Panag and Purab Kohli, has been invited to participate at the 2010 Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA), starting April 20.
Producer Pritish Nandy is extremely happy to get the invitation.
“‘Fatso’ is funny, romantic, magical. Comedies rarely make it to top rung international film festivals. We are proud therefore that ‘Fatso’ is going for its second big outing after New York Film Festival. This time, in LA,” Nandy said in a press release.
The festival, which is in its eighth year, appreciates Indian cinema and culture by showcasing films, honouring entertainment industry performers and business executives.
It will be held at ArcLight Hollywood, a state-of-the-art facility located in Los Angeles.
