Farrah Fawcett weighs more than 86 pounds, says best pal
April 21st, 2009 - 1:44 pm ICT by ANIWashington, April 21 (ANI): Alana Stewart has trashed claims made by pal Farrah Fawcett’s son that his cancer-stricken mother weighs just 86 pounds.
Redmond O’Neal had pleaded leniency during a LA court sentencing for a violation of his parole stemming from drug charges, saying his ailing mother was down to just 86 pounds.
But Fawcett’s best friend Stewart insisted the 24-year-old had just overreacted.
“Farrah is not 86 pounds. Redmond is young and overreacted a little. Farrah has lost weight, but not that much,” Contactmusic quoted Stewart as telling People magazine.
The former model further said that her friend was on her way to recovery after being hospitalised earlier this month.
She added: “I just saw her… She had colour in her face and was talking and laughing.” (ANI)
