Fan-Fiction On “Twilight”

This fan-fiction by a “Twilight” fan makes for a very interesting read. The PG- 16 rated work contains 3 chapters and is quite well paced out, to hold the attention of the reader. The plot continues from where “Eclipse” left off, so it must be dated before “Breaking Dawn”. The fan -fiction is written by “TrustYouToKillMe” and the author does a commendable job of weaving the two chapters together. It is titled “Bella’s End of the Bargain” and has even received 49 rave reviews from the readers.
The writer puts the two star crossed lovers in a romantic scenario where the two love birds try and steal a moment alone, just days before their wedding. To write in the tone of another writer is not an easy job, that “TrustYouToKillMe” has done it and came out with such flying colors is all the more praise worthy.
The chapter goes something like this,”It was three days before our wedding and I was a mess. Alice was everywhere it seemed, fixing my dress, talking about flowers, asking me random questions that i had no answer for. ‘You like Billy Joel, right?’ ‘Which color do you prefer, Pink, Blush or Bashful Rose?’ And occasionally she would get that look in her eyes, then laugh hysterically alongside Edward.”
Fan fiction is a term that is used to describe the work of the fans on a popular book or character of an original work. The works are mostly not authorized by the author and they hardly see the light of the day in matters of publishing. It is just written by an ardent fan of the original work and gets read by other fans, almost always never leaving the network.
