Among the look-alikes featured in the book are those of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as well as Paris Hilton, Mick Jagger and President Bush and Tony Blair.

While Jackson has Brangelina’s doubles posing in a shot where Pitt is shaving Jolie’s legs, Paris Hilton’s look-alike is in jail paying another inmate to scrub her toilet bowl.

The photo with the Jagger look-alike has the rocker getting his lips injected with collagen.

The book also features a masked Michael Jackson putting lipstick on a crying baby; Catherine Zeta-Jones helping Michael Douglas fit into a corset; Jennifer Lopez struggling to pull a pair of jeans over her ample caboose; Queen Elizabeth II, panties down, sitting on the john; Richard Gere and the Dalai Lama being served by a topless waitress and President Bush and Tony Blair relaxing in white bathrobes as Blair strums a guitar.

According to the New York Post, the book comes with a disclaimer that reads: “All well-known individuals depicted in this book are not ‘real.’ [They] have not approved them, nor has their approval been sought . . . ” to avoid a flurry of lawsuits.

Jackson says her book reveals what people imagine celebrities might do behind closed doors. (ANI)
