Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg braces for ‘The Social Network’

Oct 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The guy who created Facebook in his dorm room at Harvard University in 2004, built the social network on the principle that people will have no problems sharing their private information online.

However 26 year old Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has always been a private person even though his company is one of the famous in the world. He is now richer then Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple Inc and ranked by Forbes as number 35 on the rich list of Americans. He is in the spotlight because of the movie on the social networking phenomenon and now he looks all set to let the public a sneak peak into his life through the movie.

Ben Mezrich who wrote the Facebook story in his popular novel The Accidental Billionaires is the brain behind the upcoming movie, ‘The Social Network’ that was directed by David Fincher. The storyline of the movie is about Zuckerberg and a couple of Harvard colleagues who contributed to the Facebook project. These colleagues have tried so many legal avenues to get a share of Facebook ownership.

The Social Network’s producer Scott Rudin and screenwriter Aaron Sorkin held a series of meetings with Mezrich to generate the movie’s storyline and screenplay two years ago.
