Eva Longoria sued by ex-business partner
January 12th, 2011 - 4:12 am ICT by IANSToronto, Jan 12 (IANS) Actress Eva Longoria has been sued for $4 million by his ex-business partner for her failed Las Vegas restaurant venture. The “Desperate Housewives” star’s partner Mali Nachum accused her of pouring $1 million into her Beso eatery as part of an illicit scheme which promised her a return of $4.6 million in interest over two years, reports torontosun.com.
Nachum claims the actress’ alleged deal violates California law and diminishes his own shares of the venture, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday.
He is suing Longoria, who owns a third of Beso, for $4 million in damages.
