Nov 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) “Desperate Housewives” beauty Eva Longoria Parker filed court pares yesterday in Los Angeles Superior court to divorce her husband Tony Parker citing irreconcilable differences. Eva Longoria’s representative Liza Anderson announced the news to the media. The gossip portals are of the opinion that the actress discovered nearly hundred text messages of San Antonio Spur player Brent Barry’s ex-wife Edin Barry in Tony Parker’s mobile phone.

Eva Longoria’s spokesperson said that the actress is “devastated” discovering the infidelity of her husband and she is presently inconsolable. However, a reputed media source reported that the divorce papers filed in Texas court shows that Eva Longoria has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. Mario Lopez of the television show “Extras” reportedly said that Eva Longoria previously said that Tony Parker cheated on her before with another woman before. The court papers say that Eva Longoria has asked for “dissolution” of her marriage and requested that her name should be again Eva Jacqueline Longoria (her maiden name).

Eva Longoria also requested that both the parties should pay their own legal bills and she has asked for “spousal support” after marriage as well. Tony Parker, on the other hand wrote on the homepage of his social networking site that after staying together for seven years he and Eva Longoria has decided to part their ways. Eva Longoria was previously married to American soap star Tyler Christopher and the couple parted ways in 2004. The actress exchanged vows with Tony Parker in 2007. A reputed media source reported that owing to her divorce issues Eva Longoria cancelled her appearance at the 2010 American Music Awards in November 21.
