New Delhi, May 24 (IANS) Actress Esha Deol, who is set to marry her businessman beau Bharat Takhtani, is already planning her honeymoon.

“Wedding prep going on and on and on can’t wait for da honeymoon,” tweeted Esha.

Esha got engaged to Bharat Feb 12 in a private ceremony at her Juhu home.

Earlier reports indicated the duo will wed in July, but Esha’s mother, veteran actress Hema Malini had denied the news. Going by Esha’s update, it seems the wedding bells will ring anytime soon.

Konkona original choice for ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’?

Actress Reema Sen is kicked about her character of Manoj Bajpayee’s wife in “Gangs Of Wasseypur”. But if sources are to be believed, the role was initially offered to Konkona Sen Sharma.

Kashyap originally wanted to cast Konkona, but due to her pregnancy in 2010 and early 2011, she wasn’t available for the shooting.

The filmmaker’s second option was Nandita Sen, but she too couldn’t commit time for the movie, says the source.

Finally, Reema was approached and she signed the film soon enough.

“Gangs Of Wasseypur” is a two-part film, dealing with the coal mafia. It will release June 22.

‘Chakradhaar’ to explore corruption

“Chakradhaar”, a movie based on the struggle and fight against corruption, is set to hit theatres June 15.

Presented by Sir JVM Movies Pvt Ltd, produced by Bharat Anand and directed by Shakur Sir and Dharamprakash, its story revolves around the character of a simple righteous boy of Benaras, Shravan, and his transition into a local powerful goon, Pandit.

The movie will launch debutant Abhishek Anand in the lead role as Shravan and Pandit.

It also features Urvashi Sharma, Vidya Malvade, Akhilendra Mishra, Govind Namdev, Darshan Jariwala and Yashpal Sharma.
