snl-christmas-for-the-jews Oct 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Last night’s edition of the “Saturday Night Live” got off on the wrong foot.

Last night’s episode was hosted by Bryan Cranston, of “Breaking Bad” fame. The show had a guest appearance by Kanye West and the show started with a sketch of former White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel leaving his office. The sketch also featured Fred Armisten as the United States current president - Barack Obama.

Fred’s portrayal of the United States president did not go well leaving many people wondering why the show producers never gave Jay Pharaoh the chance to play the United States president. He played Will Smith last week and viewers got really impressed with his performance. There was a lot to be desired with Fred’s performance as Barack Obama.

The show also featured ace actor, Morgan Freeman and 93-year-old Ernest Borgnine on the “What’s Up With That” segment. It was good to see Borgnine still in good shape after all these years. On the segment, the audience was happy to see Morgan Freeman’s great facial expressions and that is what the veteran actor did not disappoint at all.
