Oct 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The American sportscaster of ESPN, Erin Andrews got into a controversy 3 months before after she filed a lawsuit in the Chicago courts against a chain of hotels for their negligence which led to her getting photographed naked in her hotel room. The peephole video sparked off lot of controversies, however, later, the stalker was punished by the law. Recently it came as a shock to the ESPN reporter when a reputed website posted the peephole video again for the viewers to watch violating all the laws.

A reputed media source reported that the website was previously threatened by the police with legal actions for posting hot images of Erin Andrews and also her infamous peephole video. However, the site did not comply with the orders by the court and posted a bunch of Erin Andrews’ naked pictures. A source close to the law enforcement officials said that the ESPN sportscaster asked to remove those pictures but at still no avail. The ESPN reporter reportedly asked in her letter to remove all the pictures and videos from the website and all search engines. Erin Andrews said that she would take a legal action if the pictures are not removed.

Erin Andrews previously said that the video had a negative impact on her as she felt she was harassed now and then. Michael David Barrett was accused of occupying rooms adjacent to the reporter and shot the videos through peepholes. She even filed lawsuit against The Marriott International Inc. and Radisson Hotels International Inc. saying that the hotel authorities revealed her room number to the stalker who later video taped her.
