June 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Erin Andrews, the American sportscaster and former “Dancing With The Stars” contestant’s contract with ESPN is going to end on July 1 but she remains quiet on her future plans.
The beautiful sportscaster says that she is in a situation where she would not like talking to people about that. If the reports are true, then her last assignment could be the NCAA College World Series baseball game in Omaha.
Erin Andrews, 24, achieved her fame through her career at ESPN as a sportscaster and then appearing as a finalist in ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars”. The “America’s Sexiest Sportscaster” has indeed said that she hopes to stay in the sports arena but also wants to do other things with her career as well.
When asked about her reaction to the end of contract with ESPN, Erin Andrews did not comment anything about it. She said on Wednesday that her present situation does not allow her to comment about “that”. Even her Los-Angeles-based agent, Babette Perry also declined to comment anything regarding this matter.
Other than her sports career, Erin Andrews however says that she wants to continue speaking out on behalf of who had been particularly victims of stalking like herself. In March, a 48 year old man was sentenced to 27 months in prison for stalking Erin Andrews to different cities and shooting her nude videos through hotel peepholes last year.
She commented that law needs to be stronger and “Law’s” haven’t kept up with times. Erin Andrews, who is presently working with the National Center for the Victims of Crime plans to become active in the U.S. Justice Department’s “Join The List” campaign. However, it is not yet confirmed if Erin Andrews will renew her contract or move on with the other career options.
