Sep 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After being hit by a surge of internet popularity and making news for all the wrong reasons in the month of August, Eric Dane and his better half are back in the news once again. Seems like the couple are seeking to take stringent actions against the people, who they feel have wronged them, and they are striking back with a vengeance.

According to quite a few news sources, the Hollywood “in news” couple have reportedly gone ahead and filed a law suit against the website, that they claim have gone about and published compromising stuffs of theirs, without seeking their approval. The site at the receiving end of the wrath of the couple is namely the website called Gawker.

The law suit filed is reported to be of an overwhelming and staggering amount of a whooping $1 million. Seems like a lot of price that the site has to pay for posting (or leaking) a video which is 12 minutes in length, depicting a sensational threesome that included former beauty queen, Kari Ann Peniche, along with the couple. Well, if the tide moves in their favor, the couple will be soon be receiving a compensation of such a huge amount of money for the “nude video leak.”

Celebrity nudity leaked online is not so much a unheard of news in the industry at least and there have been tons of that already made available. However, that the duo are taking it so seriously and even seeking penalty for the same, is not an often seen scenario. According to TMZ.com, they have hired the celebrity lawyer Marty Singer to fight their case.
