Los Angeles, Aug 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is some sad news for all the people who had gotten used to watching Mary Hart host ‘Entertainment Tonight’ and that is because she is going to leave the show soon.

She announced the sad news on Thursday and also added that ‘it is time for some change’. However it is not at all known when she is going to bid adieu. There are reports that she would leave after the end of the 30th season.

Mary Hart joined ‘Entertainment Tonight’ in 1982, when she was working with John Tesh. Prior to her joining the show, she was an English teacher.

After spending almost three decades at the show, it is going to be a hard time for anyone who would want to fill in her shoes. All the same no probable replacement for her position has been announced as yet. However industry sources suggest that Lara Spencer might be in the fray as a replacement. It ought to be explicitly mentioned here that there has been no confirmation at all from any side.

Mary Hart said that, “I’ve had the privilege of spending 29 years doing something I love — how often does that happen? I’ve had the support of a stupendous group of people starting with Linda Bell Blue, John Nogawski and many others who are so talented on our staff at ET.”
