New York, June 8 (IANS) Hollywood actress Kate Hudson’s mother Goldie Hawn is urging her to stay away from American baseball icon Alex Rodriguez, fearing he might break her heart.
Hawn fears her daughter, who already had a failed marriage with musician Chris Robinson, could be left heartbroken by A-Rod, as Rodriguez is fondly called.

“Hawn feels it’s high time Kate settled down and left the dating scene behind for a while,” said a source close to the actresses.

“Kate’s had a string of boyfriends since her divorce from Chris Robinson and it’s always the same pattern - she falls hard and fast, then gets bored or has her heart broken. Goldie hates the idea of seeing Kate getting hurt again,” the source added.

Hudson previously dated actor Owen Wilson and cyclist Lance Armstrong.

Her next release is “Bride Wars”.
