New York, July 24 (ANI): Emma Bunton has denied that she said a new Spice Girls movie is in the making.
“Guys I’m sorry but I DID NOT mention that we would be doing another film,” the New York Post quoted her as saying.
The rumours about the film started making rounds after she apparently told a journalist that the group had hired Mamma Mia! director Judy Craymer to make the new movie.
“Now we’re all involved in the new Spice Girls film, which is being done by Judy Craymer and the team behind Mamma Mia!,” she reportedly said.
The reports even named the new film - Viva Forever.
However, the former Baby Spice has dismissed the tale.
“Sorry. But we r (sic) very excited about r (sic) musical in the theatre!” she tweeted. (ANI)
