Debbie Nelson, who once wrote a tell-all book about her son, accepted agent Neal Alpert’s offer of marriage after the pair patched things up following a legal battle.
A friend of Alpert’s told RadarOnline: “It’s going to be a nice-sized wedding, that’s for sure.
“When it comes to marriage it’s not about the sex, it’s about being with your best friend.
“He has always been a gentleman and respectful and never sold her out for a penny, even when he had the chance.”
In the lawsuit, which Alpert launched last year, he demanded a cut of Nelson’s profits from My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem. (ANI)
