Eminem supports gay marriage
June 18th, 2010 - 3:12 pm ICT by ANILondon, June 18 (ANI): Eminem has offered his full support for same-sex marriage in his home state of Michigan.
The Slim Shady star has previously come under fire from gay rights groups over his contentious songs.
He was targeted by gay-rights campaigners last year when he called homosexual singers Lance Bass, Adam Lambert and Clay Aiken “f**gots” in his track ‘Elevator.’
However, the star reveals that he is a lot more mature than in previous years.
“I think if two people love each other, then what the hell? I think that everyone should have the chance to be equally miserable, if they want,” the Daily Star quoted Eminem as telling the New York Times.
“It’s the new tolerant me! My overall look on things is a lot more mature than it used to be,” he added. (ANI)
