Eminem references Ben Roethlisberger in his new rap song

New York, Apr 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rapper Eminem has immortalized the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in a song. It ought to be mentioned that the quarterback was accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old Georgia college student. The student had said that, Ben had assaulted her in a nightclub’s bathroom last month.
Even though ultimately Ben was not charged in this sexual assault case, yet that didn’t desist Eminem from including a line about him, in his song. No charges were also filed in this case, but still the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended him for 4-6 games. After the suspension, Ben said that he is sorry and also apologized for his behavior, and also added that he would not appeal the suspension at all.
Eminem’s song lyrics say, “I’d rather turn this club into a bar room brawl. Get as rowdy as Roethlisberger in a bathroom stall.” The song is titled ‘Despicable’. Eminem is a great commercially successful star and he has sold over 78 million albums all over the world. His latest record ‘Relapse’ made its debut on the charts at the top position, and was also the top-grosser in the rap album category for the year 2009.
