Aug 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The famous “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” host and “American Idol” judge for a year, Ellen DeGeneres on the finale episode of “So You Think You Can Dance” on last Thursday on Fox. The finale episode saw Lauren Froderman taking away the crown and winning a whooping prize of $250,000. However, one of the most talked about celebrity performances were Ellen DeGeneres’ performance which stole the hog-light.

Cat Deeley, the host of the show hailed the “The Love Letter” actress as a dance “legend” while introducing her to the audience. The talk show host set the stage on fire with her dance rendition of Alex Wong’s hip-hop performance with tWitch that took place earlier this season. She danced to “Outta Your Mind” by Lil Jon and LMFAO which was highly appreciated by the audience. Ellen DeGeneres during her thank you speech praised her choreographers Tabitha and Napoleon D’umo had really been helpful during her practice. She even mentioned that she had fun during the rehearsal but felt bad when Alex Wong was injured.

Nigel Lythgoe, the producer of “So You Think You Can Dance” praised Ellen DeGeneres for her performance and said that she was the most “inspirational”dancer of the show. Even the choreographers were all in praises for the actress and talk show host for her effort and good performance. Tabitha in one of the interviews said that they with her worked last year and got to know that she is such a fan of dance. The choreographer recalled an incident saying that when Alex Wong was injured Ellen DeGeneres was “devastated” as she loved him. The choreographer signed off saying that the talk show host did an “amazing” job.
