Elizabeth Taylor tweeted about her medical procedure

Los Angeles, Oct 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The ravishing beauty Elizabeth Taylor is about to undergo a new heart procedure that would improve her heart function that “involves repairing my leaky valve using a clip device” rather than open-heart surgery.
The larger than life celebrity, Elizabeth disclosed this information on the social networking and micro-blogging site Twitter, where she can be followed at http://twitter.com/DAMEELIZABETH
“Any prayers you happen to have lying around I would dearly appreciate,” Taylor wrote Tuesday, adding that she plans to inform her 155,944 Twitter followers when the procedure is complete.
However, she did keep many logistical aspects about the whole thing under wraps as she did not disclose the location of the hospital neither the date when she is having the procedure.
The English-born British-American actress is primarily known for her gracious acting skills and legendary beauty, as well as her colorful Hollywood lifestyle, which includes many marriages. She has been married 8 times in all to 7 husbands.
In 1999, Taylor was honored with the Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
Elizabeth Taylor won the Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her power-packed performances in Butter field 8 (1960), which costarred her then husband Eddie Fisher too. She won the top award in acting again for Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966), which costarred then husband Richard Burton and the Supporting Actress Oscar winner, Sandy Dennis.
