Elizabeth Hurley wants to eat slowly
October 20th, 2010 - 6:41 am ICT by IANSLondon, Oct 20 (IANS) Actress Elizabeth Hurley is making a conscious effort to get rid of her “terrible” habit of eating too quickly.
“I have got into a terrible habit of wolfing my food - hardly chewing at all. I really try to chew everything now and it’s made a massive difference to my digestion and I think it makes you eat less,” the 45-year-old actress said.
“I am also trying not to eat so late at night, which again helps your digestion,” femalefirst.co.uk. quoted her as saying.
