“The View” co host, Elizabeth Hasselbeck is set to join ABC’s “Good Morning America” as a contributor.

The network announced on Thursday that Elizabeth will cover the “hot-button family, lifestyle and child-rearing” issues on the show. The star will have her first task on Monday when her first episode will be aired.

In an interview after the announcement on Thursday, Elizabeth talked about how happy she was to have been offered the job. She said to the reporters that she was happy to explore the issues that confront parents and children as a whole.

Her first task will be to report the growing trend of parents and children getting tattoos together.

The star joined “The View” as co-host in 2003 and she has been associated with the show since then. However it seems she can make another room on her schedule to accommodate her new role as a “Good Morning America” contributor. Time will determine how she is going to handle her new task and whether she is successful in her new endeavor or not. Another successful show will see the star rise further as a TV icon. All the best of luck to her on her new task!
